Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will launch its Different Future DLC on January 27th
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is an action role-playing game set in a dark fantasy interpretation of the setting for the original Final Fantasy game. Players take on the role of Jack, a man consumed by a need to destroy Chaos. Jack is accompanied by other companions, including newcomers Ash and Jed. During their journeys, they encounter a knight who has assumed the identity of Chaos, while each of the apparent Warriors of Light has doubts about whether or not this is their purpose.
Recently, Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin’s final DLC was revealed, which is titled Different Future. This expansion will bring Jack and his company’s final journey as they reach a city in an alternate time and space to face one last challenge. The final DLC for the action role-playing game developed by Team Ninja and Square Enix will launch on January 27th on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles for all Season Pass owners, as announced in a new teaser trailer.
The Different Future DLC trailer also showcases a new gun weapon, the first look at Moogle in the world of Final Fantasy origin, and a logo that may hint at a connection to the second installment of the series.
It has not been that long since Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin launched its previous DLC, Wanderer of the Rift, in October. The DLC was met with a variety of responses, with some stating that it practically lacked new features. Hopefully, the Different Future DLC will introduce more new gameplay features. However, Square Enix has not provided further details about the final DLC as of now.
