Lemon Pork Chops – Holly’s Bird Nest

Nothing is better than a great pork chop, but one with a wonderful  lemon taste that your whole family will love and is easy to make is perfect ti put on your menu!

Light & tasty! Serve with a fresh green salad or fresh steamed vegetables and your entire family will love this recipe!


  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 pork chops – I like butterflied chops! (Chicken breast taste delicious with this marinade minus the Worcestershire)


  1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper & oil in a large zip top bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven or grill to 375 degrees.
  3. Place chops in a roasting pan or over grilling rack and bake for 30-35 minutes, basting meat occasionally.
