NBA 2K23 MyTEAM has another chance for you to earn a Championship Ring by competing in the latest Limited Event.
We’re going to take a look at the guidelines for this week and some of the other rewards available.

UPDATE – Limited Week 5
We’re almost done with the first season of NBA 2K23 MyTEAM but there are still two more weeks of Limited Events left.
This week, you’ll be using one of you best Amethyst cards, we’d argue that you should use the Amethyst Kawhi Leonard from the Destroyers Pack.
Let’s take a look at the rules for this weekend’s NBA 2K23 MyTEAM event. Remember, you can use the Limited lineup guide to help as well.
- You must use 5 ’23 NBA: Series 1 cards in your lineup
- You may use up to 1 Amethyst
- You may use up to 5 Rubies
- Remaining cards must be Sapphire or lower
- No Free Agent cards allowed

NBA 2K23 Release Date
Everyone began playing NBA 2K23 MyTEAM on Friday, September 9, 2022. So, now that it’s began everyone is looking to build up their team.
Bit by bit we’re learning information surrounding NBA 2K23, such as all the editions that are available. This includes the Digital Deluxe Edition, which is featured above.

Beginner’s Guide to MyTEAM
Getting a fast start in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM is important since there are so many rewards to earn along the way. The first packs were also revealed today.
The Limitless Packs were revealed today showcasing the first 95 OVR card featuring Stephen Curry.
The packs aren’t too expensive, costing 15,750K MT or 11,250 VC and offer several options other than just the 95 OVR Curry.
You could try to purchase the cards from Auctions but it’ll likely cost you quite a bit more NBA 2K23 MyTEAM MT, so keep that in mind.
Reveal Trailer for Michael Jordan Edition
The first look we received of NBA 2K23 was the reveal trailer for the Michael Jordan Edition of the game.
This gave us a quick glimpse at what the game might look like when it finally comes out. Check out the reveal trailer below.
As you can see, we expect to see some enhanced gameplay on next gen systems and hope that it will be comparable on current gen.

Jordan Challenge Revealed
The Jordan Challenge from NBA 2K11 is coming back and apparently, you’ll be able to earn rewards in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM by completing challenges.
By playing through significant moments in Michael Jordan’s career you can also earn a UNC jersey that you can equip in The City.
The exact rewards of the program have yet to be revealed but we’re excited to see all of the new additions to MyTEAM when the game launches.
Season 1 will likely center around Jordan’s career, so get ready for a Bulls-themed six-week season.
Season 1 Courtside Report
A Courtside Report was delivered today which showcased some of the new features in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM, including the Season 1 Level 40 reward.
When Season 1 begins on September 9, 2022, you’ll work your way up to the Pink Diamond Scottie Pippen, just one of many reward cards.
It was also revealed that Season 1 of NBA 2K23 MyTEAM will have a Chicago Bulls theme, rewards will feature Steve Kerr and Horace Grant cards as well.
