Arizona Fall Festivals – Holly’s Bird Nest

It’s 2022, and sometimes in Arizona, we still have 100-degree days, this year has been our hottest year on record, so getting in the fall spirit or mood can be a little hard, but the one thing that helps me is the great fall festivals that are put on by some our local farmers!

If you live in Arizona or you are here visiting, taking a few hours, and visit these events, not only will you get in the holiday spirit, but your whole family will have so much fun!

Even though the last couple of years  have been a rough on so many of us, I was extremely pleased to see that some of our local farms will be having their fall festivals, there is also a brand new festival in Chandler I can’t wait to visit each one and have some good memories to start the holiday season!

Schnepf Farms Pumpkin and Chili Party

One of my all-time favorite farms, not only because I live close to Schnepf, but this family puts so much into the community! You can plan on spending a whole day at the Schnepf Farms Pumpkin and Chili Party, where their 2 corn mazes, a roller coaster, carousel rides, zipline, entertainment, the Spooky Train and fireworks are waiting to entertain you and your family. With a  great menu featuring some of the best chili, hot dogs, pizza, and burgers. The best part is you can have dinner, a show, and get your pumpkins, and other great farm products too. They also are a great venue for weddings and special events! Visit their web page for more info: schnepffarms.com

Schnepf Farms- 24610 S. Rittenhouse Road, Queen Creek, 480.987.3100 October 1, to October  31st, $23.95, $10.00 for the Spooky Train free for kids younger than 2. Times vary. The farm is open Thursday to Sunday in October.

Moving to the Chandler mall this year one of the scariest adventures in the valley, I do NOT recommend this for children under 13, even though they say 10 on their web page, my 12 year old grandson had nightmares for weeks, but all the adults had a ball!

The fun part of the experience at Chandler mall is the section that will be focused for the whole family, “Halloween Town”  scheduled events will be on each day October 13th through October 31st for a great Halloween celebration. Admission is $5.00 and parking is free!

Mondays through Fridays, 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
